Order Requisitions and Deliveries
COD (Cash on Delivery): Orders exclude courier fees and are dispatched once payment is received in the following bank account:

Orders in excess of R1500 are delivered free of charge – nationwide.
Local Collections: Products may be collected at our business premises between 9 am and 4 pm @ Frankfort Road, Parow, Cape Town. Please call +27 (0)82 409 1069 beforehand.
Deliveries: Please provide a physical address as well as contact details and the name of the person who will be available to receive products during normal office hours. We do not offer weekend or overnight delivery.

Remote Areas: A counter-to-counter Post Office service is recommended for those living in remote areas outside of courier service boundaries.
For post office deliveries please remember to take the parcel ticket or tracking reference and your ID when you collect!
If you live outside of the main city but want to use the courier delivery instead there is an additional charge of R150 to R300 per order. However, you may prefer to arrange for your own courier company to collect.
Estimated delivery times are 2-3 working days for main cities and 5 -7 days for remote areas. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to get a more exact estimate.
International orders: Surface mail is not recommended unless in the Southern African regions of Namibia, Botswana, Malawi, Swaziland, and Zimbabwe. Our airmail rates are via the post office unless you would prefer a DHL courier quote. We will contact you with a quote from the post office once your order is packed. A tracking number will appear on your invoice. The above rates are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery insurance: Kindly note, we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen orders once in transit, although we may be in a position to assist with claims. An additional insurance fee of 3% of the value of the goods optional when making a post office delivery.
